LURPAK – RETWEET PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the Lurpak Bake Club website general terms of use (http://www.bakeclub.co.uk/terms/); and (iii) the Lurpak website privacy policy (http://www.bakeclub.co.uk/privacy/).
- The prize draw starts at 4pm on 9th May 2013 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59 pm on 10th May 2013.
- To enter the prize draw, entrants must follow us and retweet the Lurpak prize draw tweet. Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random, under the supervision of an independent person.
- There is one prize (the “Prize”): The Prize consists of: two places at the James Ramsden supper club on Saturday June 29th 2013. The supper club will be held in London and travel will not be covered as part of the prize.
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event the Prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
- The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Twitter within 2 working days of the closing date and an email address will be requested. The winner must respond to this notification within 14 days.
- The winner must ensure that they have provided a valid email address and are contactable on the same email address. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for the winner’s email address or twitter account becoming inaccessible during the prize draw for any reason (including, without limitation, inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the selected winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email address). Entrants should ensure that their email account spam filters are set to permit emails from @outsideline.com to be delivered. Incomplete email addresses will be deemed invalid.
- Entrants who have not won a Prize will not receive notification of the same.
- The name and county of the winner will be available on request from the Promoter by emailing ConsumerRelations@arlafoods.com.
- The prize draw is open to residents in Great Britain only, excluding the Promoter’s agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected to the prize draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s name, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- No liability is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server malfunctioning, viruses, bugs or any other causes outside the control of the Promoter. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
- If the prize draw is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the prize draw.
- The winner may be required to take part in unpaid promotional activity.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any damage, loss, liability or injury (save for personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s negligence) caused by matters relating to this prize draw.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters in relation to this prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The personal details of entrants will be retained solely for the purpose of operating this prize draw, unless entrants are requested to and give permission for the Promoter to use such details for future marketing purposes.
- The prize draw is governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

HOW TO ENTER
- To enter the prize draw share your own image of the dish that is stipulated as the ‘challenge’ dish on the Bakeclub website (www.Bakeclub.co.uk) for that month. You may enter using the following methods:
i. Your Twitter account by tweeting #bakeclub with your image
ii. Your Instagram account by adding #bakeclub with your image
iii. By emailing your image to the Promoter directly to LURPAK@outsideline.com with subject line: LURPAK® Bakeclub challenge entry
iv. Registering on the www.bakeclub.co.uk and uploading your image directly. - In the event that you use either Twitter or Instagram to enter the competition then your competition entry is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the service and which for Instagram can be found at

https://Twitter.com/tos - Entries must remain on the site from the point it is added until the end of the prize draw period. Any image(s) removed by the user during this time will not be counted.
- Entries via Twitter and/or Instagram should include:
i. An image of the entry
ii. A brief description of what the twist on the original recipe is e.g. Chocolate Tart with Ginger
iii. #Bakeclub
- Entries are scored on the following criteria to determine the winning entries by a panel of LURPAK® judges.
i. Photography of the food; how mouth-watering the dish looks
ii. The recipe idea; we are looking for original twists to the challenge dish
iii. Popularity of the entry; the number of times other users have ‘starred’ the dish will be taken in to consideration.
iv. Effort; the effort demonstrated in the entry and demonstrating the use of LURPAK® butter in the dish will be taken in to consideration.
- In the event that you wish to withdraw your entry from the prize draw you may do so at any time prior to the closing date of the prize draw provided that you notify the Promoter by email of your withdrawal from the prize draw and provide the Promoter with your means of having first submitted your entry to the prize draw. We will then withdraw your entry and your image from the prize draw and notify you that your entry to the prize draw has been so withdrawn. Please email LURPAK@outsideline.com to do this.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Open to Great Britain residents’ aged 16 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
- Promotion commencement and end date is the first and last day of each month (e.g. 1st – 31st) in respect of which the promotion will run as notified on the website www.Bakeclub.co.uk. The prize draw will start at noon on the first day of the month and end at noon on the last day of the month.
- There will be 5 top prizewinners for May’s Bake Club challenge. The prize for the 5 winners will be entry for themselves and a plus one, to attend a supper club hosted by the May’s Bake Club mentor, James Ramsden. Winners will be determined in accordance with the criteria set out with the details of how to enter (See Point 5 in ‘how to enter’ section).
- The supper club will be held on Saturday 29th June 2013 at 6.30pm at a still to be confirmed location in London, UK.
- The supper club will run for approximately 4 hours from 6.30pm - 10.30pm.
- The date and the time of the event is subject to change during May. The final date and time will be confirmed and updated in the Terms and Conditions before the winners are selected.
- There will be 10 runners up prizes awarded. The runners up will receive a tartlet baking set. Runners up will be determined in accordance with the criteria set out with the details of how to enter (See Point 5 in ‘how to enter’ section).
- Entrants can enter a maximum of 10 entries over the duration of the monthly prize draw.
- The Promoter may use your images submitted for the prize draw for any promotional purpose connected with the Promoter and/or the prize draw and the Promoter is not required to notify you of any such usage, neither are you entitled to any fee for the use of your prize draw entry in connection with such use.
- The top 5 winners who entered by email or by uploading an image directly to the website www.Bakeclub.co.uk will be notified by email on the 4th June 2013, and winners who entered by Twitter or Instagram will be notified by a Twitter message or @mention respectively on 4th June 2013. Winners will have 5 days to get in contact with Lurpak using the contact details provided to claim their prize. Lurpak will request a postal address, and the postal address must be provided within 5 days.
- The top 10 runners up will be contacted within 14 days of the close of the competition. Runners up who entered by email or by uploading an image directly to the website www.Bakeclub.co.uk will be notified by email, and must reply to this email within 21 days by providing a postal address. Within 14 days of the close of the competition, runners up who entered by Twitter or Instagram will be notified by a Twitter message or @mention, and must reply to this notification within 21 days by providing an email address at which they are contactable. This email address will then be used to request a postal address, and the postal address must be provided within 21 days.
- Winners’ names may be published on the LURPAK® facebook wall, in advertising material or the press. Contact details used for notification will be those used to enter the prize draw. The Promoter will not be held responsible for an entrant’s email address / Twitter or Instagram notifications becoming inaccessible during the prize draw.
- The Promoter does not accept any liability for any delay or failure to receive messages for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including change of address or the potential winner’s failure to adequately provide their correct postal address. Prizes will not be sent out to an alternative address to the one originally provided.
- Travel and accommodation costs are not included within the prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to make their own way to the James Ramsden supper club event.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the date of the James Ramsden supper club event at any time.
- The Promoter does not accept any liability for delay or failure of any winner to make the master class event on time
- The Promoter and James Ramsden reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in a disorderly fashion or causing undue disruption to staff or customers while in the process of entering this competition.
- The Promoter and James Ramsden do not accept any liability if any accidents or injuries occur during the supper club or while in the supper club event’s location save in respect of any death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- The Promoter and James Ramsden do not accept any liability for any accidents or injuries that occur while travelling too and from the event
- Entrants who have not won a prize will not receive notification of the same.
- The Promoter does not accept any liability for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive e-mail, Twitter or Instagram accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the potential winner’s failure to adequately monitor any e-mail address. Entrants should ensure that their e-mail account spam filters are set to permit e-mails from @outsideline.com to be delivered.

- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not a picture of the relevant dish or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the terms of use of the website www.Bakeclub.co.uk, or who tampers with the entry process, and to remove any images and/or entries that are submitted that the Promoter deems to be inappropriate or contravenes these or Instagram or Twitter terms and conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute waiver of those rights.
- Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- It is only possible to enter this prize draw online. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for administration of this promotion. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are not associated with this promotion and by entering, you fully and completely release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any liability arising out of this promotion.
- No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside the control of the Promoter. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

- The site automatically displays any images that is shared on Instagram or Twitter that includes the hashtag ‘#Bakeclub’. Images will be displayed on the website. Only images that correspond to the respective ‘challenge’ each month will be entered in to the prize draw. All other images will be displayed but not considered to be part of the prize draw.
- The promoter reserves the right to remove any images from the site at any time in accordance with the following paragraph. Any images that are flagged more than twice will automatically be removed from the site and moderated. Images must comply with the terms and conditions as well as those of Instagram and Twitter where images have been added via these 3rd parties.
- The promoter reserves the right to remove any Images that: that are not related to food, cooking or baking could be construed to discriminate against based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, depict violence, depict illegal activity, are misleading, pornographic or are defamatory to Arla Foods Ltd. or our brands in any way
